Preorder Policy

We may accept requests and orders for plants that are currently being propagated and we will offer a suggested date that these may become available - this is subject to change. Growing conditions and weather will impact timelines and anticipated volumes, so orders will be fulfilled based on when the preorder request was first accepted.

This is a free service that we offer; we do not charge you in advance for preordered stock and we do not request any upfront payment for trees you preorder via our website. 

We will contact you once stock is received into the nursery so you can confirm if you want to proceed to purchase.

We will advise you as soon as we are aware should items from our partner growers are unavailable or unable to be provided for any reason.

Product prices are subject to change. 

Refund Policy 

Once a tree or plant has left our care the responsibility and welfare of the purchased items is transferred to the customer. We are unable to give refunds other than in exceptional circumstances, so please check your order carefully upon collection or delivery. If a refund is offered it will be via your original method of payment.

Refunds and exchanges are not provided if you simply change your mind about the product.

What if my plants die or don't grow as expected?

Outside of damage during transit (reported within the first 24 hours), we unfortunately cannot accept any responsibility for the ongoing care and performance of any plants you have purchased.

This includes any plants that have been improperly planted or watered, or which are simply ill-suited to the climate in your region. We ensure our plants are healthy and well-cared-for upon leaving our nursery - but the rest is up to you!

We are always happy to answer questions prior to purchase about the kinds of plants best suited to your garden and climate, so if you are unsure about anything, please reach out.

Items delivered via local delivery need to be signed for and once signed the care of the tree or plant is solely in the hands of the customer. If you advise us to leave your trees without signing for them, you will be taken to have signed once we leave them.
