The Brown Turkey is a wonderfully robust fig variety producing delicious fruit. Definitely a worthwhile fruit tree variety to grow here in South East Queensland. The fruit is coloured shades of brownish pink and has sweet, juicy flesh. Figs are deciduous, so they will lose their leaves in winter. Suitable to grow either in a large pot or in the ground.
