The White Adriatic Fig is a robust tree that produces a superb eating crop of green skinned figs with a centre colour ranging from pale pink to a bright deep pink.
The fruit is medium-large and sweet and the flavour is often described as having a hint of strawberry. They are delicious when eaten straight from the tree and also ideal for baking and making preserves.
