Soursop are an amazing fruit produced on a pretty, medium sized tree, generally 3-4 metres high and 3-4 metres wide.
They are unusual looking with their bumpy skin and irregular shape but this hides a delicious inner flesh with a taste reminiscent of strawberries, lemon sherbet and banana.
Please note that whilst soursop are an evergreen tree in a tropical climate, it’s not unusual for them to lose their leaves in a cooler climate or for their leaves to look scant.
