Sweet Limes are also known as the Indian Sweet Lime or the Palestinian Sweet Lime. As they ripen the skin changes from green to shades of yellow. They are a low-acid lime with a splash of sweetness and are particularly good for juicing and in drinks.
As they ripen their flavour mellows more, so they are most commonly used whilst green and still contain a bright citrus lime note. They are suitable for growing in pots or in the ground.
