The Kaew Mango is a popular Thai mango variety prized for its sweet flavour, crisp texture, and reliable productivity. The fruit is medium-sized with smooth green skin that develops a golden blush as it ripens. Kaew mangoes can be enjoyed both green and ripe — green fruit is firm and tangy, while ripe fruit becomes juicy, aromatic, and richly sweet with very little fibre.
